How shipping and returns will work once ordering opens.
Ordering is not open yet, so nothing on this page applies to a purchase you can make today. It is here so you know what to expect, and it will be confirmed as final before the first order ships. Leave your email and we’ll tell you when that is.
A flat $10 on every order, however many sets are in it, shipped within the United States.
Premade sets are expected to arrive within about a week of shipping. Custom sets will take longer, since each one is built to order.
Because every set is sized and prepped for one person, the plan is that sets are final sale once shipped — except where a set arrives damaged, or the sizing is wrong through our mistake, in which case we will replace or resize it.
