What we collect, why, and what happens to it. Last updated September 2026.
Ordering is not open yet, so the only information this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, what your message is about, and the message itself. A phone number only if you choose to include one.
We use it to answer you, and we keep it so we can pick the conversation back up later. It is not sold, not shared, and not used for advertising.
Once you can place an order, we will also collect what an order needs: your shipping address and your nail measurements, so a set can be sized and sent. Payment will be handled by a payment processor — card details will go straight to them, and we will never see or store a full card number.
This page will be updated to describe exactly that before the first order is taken.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how people find and move through it — which pages get visited, roughly which region a visit came from, and what kind of device was used. Google sets cookies in your browser to do that. We only ever see it grouped together as totals and trends, never as a record of one person, and we don’t use any of it for advertising.
If you’d rather not be counted, you can install Google’s opt-out add-on or block cookies in your browser settings. The site works exactly the same either way.
Send us a message through the contact form with any privacy questions, including if you’d like us to delete what we hold about you. It reaches a real person and we reply within 1–2 business days.
