Sets and sizing
You send ten measurements once — one per nail, in millimeters — and we adjust each nail in your set to fit before it ships. When ordering opens we will walk you through taking them.
Custom sets are built to your own spec after you submit a design request, so they will take longer than a premade set. We will give you a real timeline when you ask about one.
Up to three weeks. Two things get you there: a set that actually fits, which is our job and the reason we size from your own measurements, and prepping the nail properly before it goes on. Most sets that lift early were not prepped, rather than badly made.
Ten nails, resized to your measurements, in the design you chose. The application kit is a separate $10 add-on: a wooden cuticle press, a small buffer, a small nail file, glue, and a card that walks you through prep, application and removal. It is optional, and one kit lasts through several sets, so most people buy it once.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is a flat $10 on every order within the United States, however many sets are in it.
Premade sets are expected to arrive within about a week of shipping. Custom sets will take longer, since each one is built to order.
Because each set is sized and prepped for one person, sets are expected to be final sale once shipped — except where a set arrives damaged or the sizing is wrong through our mistake, in which case we will replace or resize it.
Send us a message with photos and we will sort out a replacement or a resize. The exact window will be published before ordering opens.
To start, within the United States only. International shipping is something we’re looking into.
